Yep. No, this is not one of my characters, but I love him as if he was. I know I made him look 14 or something, but he's actually ten. Crazy, huh? Here's his data:

Appearance: Curly brown hair in an afro-esque shape. Nowhere nears as volumeous and Chops’ though. Glasses, orange scarf around his neck that covers most of his face. Black shirt and orange, knee length shorts. Worn white sneakers.
Powers: Like Raz and Lilli, Issac has all his Merit Badges, but perfers close-quarters combat. Uses a more developed version of Raz’s Psi-Punches. He wraps his hands
in a psychic aura that can change shape. (E.g. a sword or a fist). Uses his other powers to augment his close quarters combat.
Habits: Quiet. Not a loner, not snubby, not shy. Just quiet. He’s addicted to Dream Fluffs and loves to read manga. He also exclaims the names of his attacks, but can’t
come up with any good names, so the names are just descriptions of the attacks.

...okay, so I screwed up the outfit. So what? I got the glasses and the scarf down, at least...he belongs to Blaze [link] and he's currently being used in our excellent Psychonauts Roleplay thingy. [link]
